What Booster Tickets is

Booster Tickets turns sales from your organization's Square Online store into QR tickets, emails them to buyers, and checks them in — one scan per ticket — at the door. An account belongs to your organization (a booster club, PTA, PTO, or school group), and the people you invite run it under roles you choose. We connect to your Square account only with permission you grant, and you can revoke that permission at any time in Settings.

Payments stay in Square

Booster Tickets is not a payment processor and never touches the money. Every sale is collected by your organization's own Square account, under your agreement with Square. Refunds are issued in Square too — when you refund an order there, the matching tickets are voided here automatically. Questions about a charge or a refund are between the buyer and your organization.

Your organization's part

Keep your sign-ins safe, and invite only people you trust — actions taken under your accounts are your organization's, and sign-ins, check-ins, and changes land in your audit trail so you can always see who did what. Use the service honestly: don't probe its security, don't use ticket email delivery for anything except tickets, and don't resell access.

Our part

We run the service carefully: daily off-site backups, monitoring that alerts a human when something breaks, and a privacy policy that deletes buyers' personal information — the delivery email and anything linking tickets to a person — one week after each event. When something goes wrong we tell you what happened in plain words. Your reports are exportable at any time — your event data is yours.

Pricing

Pricing is published plainly on the pricing page: a flat yearly price per organization, unlimited events, and never a per-ticket fee. During the founding season the service is free for hand-onboarded organizations; when regular billing begins we will say so clearly first, and invoices arrive by email — there is no checkout of ours to stumble into.

If something endangers the platform

Email delivery and hosting are shared by every organization we serve. If an account puts them at risk — for example, misusing email delivery — we can pause the affected feature or suspend the account. Any such action is visible, explained, and recorded; we don't silently degrade anyone's service.

The honest fine print

We are a small team and the service is provided as-is: we work hard to keep it up (especially on event nights) but do not promise perfect uptime. Our total liability to your organization is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Leaving, and changes to these terms

You can stop using Booster Tickets at any time — export your reports first, and email us to close the account; buyers' personal information purges itself on the usual one-week schedule either way, and your aggregate numbers stay until the account closes. We can end service with reasonable notice, or immediately for serious misuse — always with an explanation. If these terms change we will update this page and its date, and tell organizations directly about anything material. Questions? Email hello@boostertickets.com.
