Sell through the Square store you already have

Keep taking payment in Square Online exactly as you do now. We never touch the money, and your families pay zero platform fees — no per-ticket cut, ever.

Every buyer gets QR tickets by email

When an order comes through, we email a printable QR ticket for each seat — automatically. Refunds and cancellations void the matching tickets on their own.

One scan per ticket at the door

Volunteers check people in with a phone camera. Each ticket works once, so nobody gets in twice — and the door keeps working even if the network gets slow.

Your families pay nothing extra

Per-ticket ticketing platforms tack a fee onto every seat — often passed straight to parents. We don't. Square already collects the payment, so there is no per-ticket cut and no surprise line item for the people buying tickets to support your school. You pay one flat yearly price; everyone else pays what the ticket costs.

Free events work too — with no payment system at all

Not everything sells tickets. For a free dance, family night, or meeting, skip Square entirely — people sign up, and everything else works the same: QR tickets by email, one scan at the door.

A Google Form your organization owns

Create the sign-up form right from the event page — it lands in your organization's own Google account, ready to share. As sign-ups come in, tickets go out automatically. Names and anything else you ask for stay in your form; we read only the email address and ticket count.

Or import a sign-up list you already have

Collected names in a spreadsheet or another tool? Upload the list, review exactly what will be sent, and release the tickets when you're ready. Nothing is emailed until you say so.

Free events are included like any other event — same flat yearly price, and there are no per-ticket fees because there are no payments at all.
